Hello everyone, been lurking on this site for awhile and I cant find a resolution to some strange issues. First off I have a 2018 JLU, 35” Deestone tires, bought it with 8k on the odometer , I have repeatedly done the chalk test and 30 psi seems to give the ride and drive that feels and handles very well.
I hope that I can make sense of what is going .. I purchased a Superchips 3571 JL to calibrate the tire PSI and the tire size, 35’s actually measured to 33.75”. I entered the information and off I went, the adjustment must be pretty close due to the fact I’m not running away from traffic, 70 is a true 70 according to GPS, so I’m happy with that part now the start stop feature is not working and it is displaying “steep grade” and we are on level ground. When you release the brake you can tell the brakes are acting like you are on a hill…… any ideas thoughts would be appreciated..
