squealing brakes after rotating tires....again???

Has anyone experience squealing brakes after a tire rotation? It’s random and not every time I stop, but enough to frustrate the hell out of me...and it seems to happen after I rotate the tires properly, and yes a torque wrench was used and everything was inspected with no visible issues....and it’s a rubicon if that makes any difference....
