Has anyone had trouble with their sPOD? We have the BantamX HD 8 circuit sPOD. It is brand new, just installed last Saturday. So far, it lit up the light bar once for about 1 second, then the light bar turned off. The Switch HD lights up as expected, does as it should when the buttons are pushed (LED's show button is pushed, circuit is powered), but reads 0V at the output terminals. The light bar works fine connected directly to the battery so I know it is fine. I've tried all 8 circuits and have no power from any of them. After starting the Jeep, waiting for the sPOD to initialize, I then read 12.4v to the input terminals to the Bantam under the hood, so low voltage isn't an issue. We are also unable to connect via bluetooth using the app. It will go as far as showing the 6 digit PIN, but then goes back into scanning and will also try to connect to "Bantam" even though "Switch HD" was selected. After MANY attempts to get it connected, it times out or gives up and says to re-enable pairing and try again. We've done this dozens of times over a couple hours and thats as far as we could get.
Any ideas?
We are currently in contact with sPOD Tech support, but due to work schedules and their working hours, it has been tough making much progress even though they are being proactive with troubleshooting. They send an email while we are working, we get home and try what is asked, we send them our results, then wait until the next day for the response, try again when we get home, then... you get the idea LOL!
Anyway--- anyone have any knowledge/ideas? Thanks in advance!

I forgot to mention- the 2A fuse has been tested and is good.

UPDATE: As of today, sPOD Tech support is sending out a replacement for us. Hopefully the new one fires up as seamlessly as everyone else's has!

after speaking with the SPOD tech team look we have everything ready to go. We are going to issue you a return label to go ahead the unit checked out and going to go ahead and issue you the replacement shortly.

We have a tracking # and should have the new Bantam on Monday or Tuesday. I will update once the new one is installed.
