I installed my SPOD about 18 months ago and it has worked great. My first two switches power phone chargers, and they have worked flawlessly until about ten days age. Now when I select the switches to power the phone mounts they turn red, as usual, then quickly start flashing. While the display buttons are flashing the phones are not charging.

I dont see any responsive direction on their website, and I haven’t found anything on the web. You guys have any suggestions?

John at SPOD responded. Took hime no time to diagnose After I sent him a picture of myBantam wiring. The jump wire from my ignition-hot source had lost power. When that happens the first two circuts won’t be powered (by design). That will be an easy fix.

The guys at SPOD provide GREAT old-style customer service! Thank you!
