Soft top to Hard top Conversion

Hey guys, I recently got my JLUR it came with the soft top. However, I'm planning on buying a used hardtop. Other than the rear wiper/defrosting kit, is there anything else I need to consider before switching to a hard top? I really don't mind not having a rear defroster, I am just concerned that it may not sit right or maybe I am missing something since my Jeep came with a soft top from the factory.

Mine came with a hardtop, but from what I've seen the only issue is the rear wiper/defroster that you mentioned. Lots of people get the dual top option and I don't believe their hardtops have anything special on it.

You need to make sure that you get all of the Freedom panel brackets with the top, or you'll need to purchase them separately. You'll also obviously need the bolts that secure the hardtop to the tub.
