Soft Top Newb or Moron?

while in SunRider mode Hit the garage coming in. Thankfully the top gave and didn’t cause massive damage to the house or Jeep. But now the soft top has a gap 3 inches from where I need to close it. Was hoping an easy fix but doesn’t want to slide forward. Removed the windows and pulled the top all the way down then back up and same deal. Any other idiots like me? If so did you fix the top or replace?

Probably totally fucked your soft top. Even if you can bend it back into place it's guaranteed to leak. Look for a used soft top for sale.

good thing i still have the hard top... it's about to be too hot here to enjoy the soft top anyhow. shit

You bent the lift arms. I have seen this. Customer came in and we swapped a soft top onto her JL and she went home and tried to pull into the garage and the Jeep was too tall. Both lift arms needed to be replaced.
