Anyone in the SoCal area from LA to San Diego that can recommend a shop that can install lockers on my 18 Sport?

JBM off-road (unitrax) did mine (2019 sport 2.0) 4.88 Dana gears and front Eaton locker. Phenominal workmanship. Unitrax has been doing drive lines for 20+years. Not cheap and takes a while to get in but but They did A great job. No farming out anything, all work done in house, 3 days for mine. They ar in northern orange co.

Done business with ramjet back in the day, no complaints. I got a mobile installer for the JL regear, same guys that do the installs at rebel off-road etc. Two guys done in 3 hours, they know their stuff.

I have a friend with a shop that has a lift, they did it there. Not sure if they would come to you without a lift, possibly. Didn't ask.

how much? did you get a rear locker or just front?

I am looking to replace my LSD with a rear locker and 4.56s. I already have a front locker.

I got just the front, about 2500 and I supplied the front locker. both axles now have a Unitrax serial number that traces to the work done. Just a heads up they really really want to use Dana gears no aftermarket or third party. I know that some of the aftermarket gears are supposedly made at the same factory however I worked in aerospace and that means nothing. Same factory does not necessarily mean the same specs and tolerances.

2500 for gears and locker install? So 3500 total. That is a bit steep considering the regear should be about $1700 and getting the locker in when doing gears should be relatively straightforward. Not outrageously priced though. It shouldnt cost more than $3000 including parts. But in this economy...
