Sliding rear quarter panel window

So today as I was driving up the coast highway in Dana point, I saw a Jeep a black one Rubicon I didn’t see if it was a JK but it did have the sliding rear quarter panel window
This seems to be the proverbial unicorn and I haven’t seen any others on the road wondering if anybody else has or anybody knows where you could acquire such a rare item
