Sirius Lost

Not a Wrangler driver - 2020 Grand Cherokee Summit - with a Sirius Radio problem.

• UConnect radio replaced in 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit after the original was fried during a dealer software update.
• Everything works except Sirius.
• Can only access Sirius XM Channels 0 & 1
• Unable to receive other Sirius channels despite multi resends of the signal, hours of telephone advice from Sirius and tech work by the dealer.
• Is there a separate antenna connection for Sirius?
• Is there a fuse (central or in-line) for the satellite radio?

Any & all advice suggestions really welcomed!

When I subscribed, I had some issues and spent a little time with the help folks. Turned out that I needed to go to the skip channels setting and unselect because everything was selected to be skipped. When I fixed that all was well. I knew something simple needed to be fixed because I could actually go to “favorites” and select a channel from there, so I knew I had access. But when I hit next channel it just went to 0 or 1

PROBLEM SOLVED! Just received a call from Sirius Canada...problem was at their end - despite multiple statements by various reps that it wasn't! Main computer system has a glitch..will take a week to resolve. But the Jeep & its radio are NOT the source of the problem.
Appreciate everyone's help & suggestions!

FINALLY...it took 2 more weeks & innumerable phone conversations with reps, supervisors & managers, but Sirius finally managed to "brand" my radio (had to use the signal from their US source opposed to the Canadian source) & return function to my Sirius receiver.
