Made a tonneau cover for when the top is off. Made of aluminum diamond plate, using the factory holes and screws to secure it. Two pieces that connect and secure to each other so no movement or rattles.

Oh my gosh what are you doing???!!!
Do you have a build thread on this forum?
Sure would like to follow it!!
Gotta love Jeep owners we spend a fortune on a brand new Wrangler and first thing they(we) do is completely take it apart. Keep us posted on your build!!!

24" CB antenna...7" shorter than factory, bulkier, great reception and doesnt look like a mini carrot(not a fan of the funny looking 2" antennas, sorry just saying). Adds a lot of character to the appearance - also used black heat shrink tubing at the base of the antenna to hide the large chrome adapter nut. Link is where you can find this high quality shrink tubing also have many colors avail other than black.

I have that same antenna and really like it. Though when installing it I wondered why would they make part of it silver??? Then I thought, they do that because people like me with a wrench would probably inadvertently scrape the paint off of it installing it and make it silver anyway. And I was about to electrical tape that section (black) until I read your thread about heat shrink tubing - that is brilliant! Thank you for saving me from busting out the black electrical tape and making a not so smart life choice!

The link I provided for heat shrink tubing is great quality, not your cheap dept store stuff. And use a heat gun NO FLAME to shrink.

Hand tightening the antenna should be sufficient btw. If want use an adjustable but go easy the antenna doesnt need crazy tightening, plus you dont wanna mess up the shrink tube finish.

Thanks! They are just the Rigid Industries Dually lights. These specific ones are the "midnight series" which are all blacked out housings/lenses, I went with those to match my other light bars from rigid which are all midnight series. The closest thing to a flood pattern in the midnight series due to the black optics in the lights is what they call "spot diffused" so that's what these are. If you got the regular clear lens dually lights I would get the regular flood pattern which would be even better

They are mounted with the brackets that come with the lights using a factory bolt on the bumper. I had to drill out/widen the hole in the brackets a tiny tiny bit to fit the bolt from the bumper so it would go through it, the bolt was a little too wide, didn't take much effort

And finally they are tapped into the trailer wiring harness, you'll want to tap the black ground wire in the harness and the white wire with the orange trace line on it which is the reverse light wire to allow these to come on when you put the Jeep in reverse
