Can't get one piece to fit that tight and still be able to get it off. But when I bolt the two pieces together, they are solid enough for no movement and the two pieces make it very easy to remove. The rubber gaskets were just rubber washers purchased at Lowes for around the factory screws...
Made a tonneau cover for when the top is off. Made of aluminum diamond plate, using the factory holes and screws to secure it. Two pieces that connect and secure to each other so no movement or rattles.
