Got a wrap done this weekend on the top of the doors and the fender vent. Got the dash done as well shadow black camo. Tinted the front windows to match the rears as well.

I like the red outline profile, that almost makes it look like the top is off. What a great customization idea.

I don’t know how to do that fancy quoting you do.
Thanks for posting about the backup lights. Only issue I have is covering the trailer plugs. I do tow often. The location is good because it’s protected by the hitch, though. I like simetry, but I’ll see how just one looks on the right side. Thanks again.

What do you do if you need to use the hitch plug?!
Yeah I liked the symmetry and how they are tucked away. I don’t tow so for me it’s not an issue and I chose to block the plug. If I tow one day I’ll just remove a light or move them. If you look under the bumper there are a couple other bolts further out from center that you could use. I was just using stock bolts already on the bumper to mount these so there are a few options underneath that won’t block the plug.

Yup, that photo is of my JL... let me know if you guys want more pics. They are wired straight to the reverse and ground wires of the tow wiring harness up in the rear bumper right there, no relay or anything else needed, can just go straight to those wires, its very easy and they come on with the reverse lights
I REALLY like how you hooked up those lights! If you wouldn’t mind sharing a little more detail such as which lights they are, and how exactly you mounted them it would be much appreciated. I think it looks very nice... I like the clean look because it looks kind of stock.

Thanks in advance!

Thanks! They are just the Rigid Industries Dually lights. These specific ones are the "midnight series" which are all blacked out housings/lenses, I went with those to match my other light bars from rigid which are all midnight series. The closest thing to a flood pattern in the midnight series due to the black optics in the lights is what they call "spot diffused" so that's what these are. If you got the regular clear lens dually lights I would get the regular flood pattern which would be even better

They are mounted with the brackets that come with the lights using a factory bolt on the bumper. I had to drill out/widen the hole in the brackets a tiny tiny bit to fit the bolt from the bumper so it would go through it, the bolt was a little too wide, didn't take much effort

And finally they are tapped into the trailer wiring harness, you'll want to tap the black ground wire in the harness and the white wire with the orange trace line on it which is the reverse light wire to allow these to come on when you put the Jeep in reverse
