Shock Recommendations for 2.5" lift

Hey Folks,

I just ordered the Rock Krawler 2.5" Adventure System lift for my 2022 JLU XR. I'm wondering which shocks would pair well with this lift. RK recommended Fox 88326051 front and Fox 88326055 rear. Those are high end remote res shocks and are overkill for my needs (80% street/20% off road moderate trails). Should I consider the Fox 2"-3" IFP 2.0s, Fox 3.5"-4" IFP 2.0s, or something else? All suggestions/experiences welcomed!

The Fox 2.0 shocks work great with RK springs……Also you could get the RK RRD spec TT shocks for now, until you decide. They’re a great bang for your buck option, and probably the best ride.

You have the XR so you won’t need the rear track bar bracket, the XR factory bracket is already raised. Just a heads up for you or whoever installs it…..I don’t think it’s in the install instructions.

I am running this exact set up on my '22 XR. Zero complaints so far.
I have about 1200 miles on the set up including one 4 hour trip to Moab, Hell's Revenge and Poison Spider.

Marcus over at River City off road can probably get you a pretty good deal on those shocks. I talked to him through email and he hooked me up on my lift and the shocks

Yes I had them delete it from the kit. I’ll be installing it myself.
