Shifting and shuddering

i have a 2020 JLU which have done 23k now, i am feeling vibrations when the car is downshifting especially from 4 to 3 where is it very recognizable. went to the dealer and the guy sat with me for around a block says all fine where they refused to test driver themselves. i am going to the dealer 2nd time saying the same issue. even i have bump or burp kind of feeling in some gears at exactly 1500 to 1800 rpms. the car feels riding very different at times and some times its pretty ok as it was new. any suggestions would be a welcome or anyone else is having the same issue ?
