Not for me, but they used to make them for JKs. It appears they do not offer them anymore. I asked them once if they could make it fit the JL bumper, but they weren't sure...

Although this is an old thread I thought I’d let anyone know who’s interested that after FrogFab confirmed fitment for a JL, I’ve ordered their front tow hooks and they have shipped!
I’ll post an update with pictures and try to make a video of the install. It looks like getting the plastic part of the steel bumper could be tricky, but these really were the only option for me.
I didn’t want anything hanging below my front skid plate so these should be perfect, and at $118 for a pair they’re (potentially) great value.
