second battery

looking for info..
I have a 2019 Sahara loaded 20 thou k on it.. I've been constantly changing out audio gear for the past 3 years.. I'm about to switch to class A amps witch will draw a lot more power.. never had an issue with the ess system my head unit is a linkswell 5th gen unit. so need info if this will work. if i add a battery isolator can i hook up my alt power wire to this then connect my main battery to this then run a zero gage to the back on another battery. plus leave my stop start battery connected as it is.. or will this cause electrical issues?

You may need a capacitor to handle the in-rush current. The second battery may eat it up alright, but you'd have to test it. You shouldn't have any issues placing the isolator in there though.
