Are you looking for a rack or rails? If a rack, you might find it difficult to find anything of quality in that price range. The lowest price rack I've seen in US dollars is this by Hooke Road:

I bought a “economical” set of roof rails from Amazon that locked to the rain lip on my hardtop.

They never felt tight enough to trust. Put some weight on them and they felt even looser from roof deflection. They seemed to be more for looks than practical usage.

Not saying inexpensive racks/rails are cheap, just saying the cheap stuff is cheap….

Would the Hooke road work well for a roof top tent? Like a naturenest roof top? Or what would be a good rack that is similar to this that can handle a RTT?

I would not install a RTT to any rack that is only gutter mounted.

Sorry, couldn't tell you specifics. I'd think that at minimum you need something that has cross rails.
