I have 2 brothers that swear by these sent packs. The one brother stores his boat out in the barn for the winter and has never had a problem. I store my JL in the garage. I have not seen any signs of rodents. And have not had any trouble.

I wonder how these would hold up when driving.
Still thinking about giving it a try.

I have a rodent issue in my wife's car. I installed the Loraffe ultrasonic deterrent from amazon last week. So far, a week later and no evidence. Although, it does take about a month or two for a nest to form. I'm also planning on soaking some cotton balls in peppermint oil and hanging a small satchel under the engine.

One of the last tenants had an unfortunate accident with the serpentine belt. The other tenant must have had a heart attack because he was just laying at the bottom on top of a plastic panel.
Do you have a link?

Years back, my fathers Toyota had a problem with mice/rats eating the wire insulation around the ignition wires. He replaced them twice, until he shoved a small box of rat/mouse poison pellets inside the engine bay, away from the heat. He never had an issue after that. It always happened during winter times.
Actually this happens year round for me.

Squirrels destroyed the wiring harness on my jk twice:
Dryer sheets
Special tape
Moth balls
Sprays
Rat poison
Glue strips

None of these worked. Bought an electric light and sound emitter, this is the only thing that worked.
Model used?
Though my JL is parked outside, does not fit in the garage.

We have had a couple instances of mice/rats. My LTZ had an issue with the oil pressure and temp gauges not working. Found some nests on top of intake and wires chewed up. Fixed that and a neighbor said to put a couple moth balls up there. Have not had an issue since. Nasty little buggers.

Been using moth balls for a long time. Jeep is under a car port outside works so far. They don’t like the odor or go near the car port. They play in the yard no problem. Don’t want too klll them. Neighbor feeds them and the birds.
