It doesn't really matter if you rock crawl or not, it's a function of shock extended length. If you have shocks that allow sufficient droop you'll tear up the stock shaft whether you're on rocks or not.
This is correct, but rock crawling would definitely be the most common scenario for max flex/droop to occur tearing the driveshaft boot.

Of course! Rocks really have nothing to do with it, but just generally referring to whether or not the vehicle is going to be getting fully flexed out or not. I'm sure none of you guys are fully flexing out the suspension driving down the highway, whether your shocks allow for sufficient droop or not ;) Kidding of course, but in all seriousness, it really just comes down to what you're going to be using the vehicle for, and if this is for the most part a daily driver, then you should have no issues with your stock driveshaft at all.
