Road tripping

Hi All,

Taking a road trip with my Jeep this summer. What has been the most you all have taken your Jeep on a trip for? 2019 JLU with the 2.0 heading to Colorado from Mass. Camping and trails. Figured 3 day out and 3 back, 5 days in the state camping and sightseeing.

NJ to Utah (Moab and Utah's Mighty Five national parks). 19 days roundtrip.

Our longest road trip lasted 26,000 miles in one year. We leave on Tuesday. First drive from Michigan to Florida for a cruise. Then back to Michigan for two days, then head to Colorado, Utah, (EJS) then do western UTAH before heading to Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, back to Colorado, Missouri and then head home about the end of the June.

That will be the first part of the year, then head to Arizona in November to the end of April 2027 then point the Jeep to Montana, meet with friends and head to Alaska for the summer of 2027.

Everything is subject to change. I have already told my youngest son. age 32, that he can't schedule his maybe wedding until we get back from Alaska in September of 27.

If you want a great place to camp, I can show you a couple places that we have enjoyed camping at in Colorado that are central to the Ouray, Telluride, Silverton area right off of 550 the Million Dollar Hyw.

One is closer not far from Silverton along a river.

The other is by Corkscrew Gultch with a great view from a overlook.
