Does anyone know if the 2021 Rubicon’s can add a right rear res row hook?

I have not seen any available for the passenger rear. They should have came with 2 from the factory in my opinion. There are 2 in the front.

Right now there is no OEM passenger side tow hook (nor have I heard about talks about one)
