Rhino Rack Platform Kit - Quadratec Missing Parts?

Hello fellow campers! See anything amiss with the attached photo?
Thinking I am the victim of Quadratech's liberal return policy and received a re-pack. My guess is that someone received an RR Backbone Kit with duplicate forward brackets, and someone else, bless their soul, returned the parts in the wrong box. Rhino confirmed BTW, that they do not use wire tires (see photo) to secure the product in the packaging. This should have been my first clue something was up.

My guess is that they are inspected and resold. I don't have a problem with that, but the product is definitely unusable without the correct parts!

If you have to send it back, I'd highly suggest using Maximus-3 to mount your rack. Far greater load capability vs the backbone kit

I saw that - the side ladder for that mount looked like a pretty nice option as well. Does that have internal supports?

Yes. It mounts to the roll bar behind your head, and again at the roll bar behind the passengers
