Resell Value?

Likely as many opinions as members, but based upon the upgrades I have on the Grinch, what are the thoughts on resell value (not trade)?

Carvana and Vroom base their pricing on stock vehicles so not a good way to see the true resell value.

Currently sitting at 70,400 miles with no issues or damages.
