I'm sure no one remembers my last thread, but here's a quick recap. In Dec, a tree fell on my hard top and cracked it. I patched with some duct tape and it was fine while everything was frozen but leaked like a bitch when it rained. Fast forward to Saturday, the weather was nice and warm so I was going to finally put on my soft top. I bought the Jeep new in Dec 2022 and just never got around to putting it on yet. I have a color matched top, I think it looks nicer. Whatever.
It's been in my garage on a hoist for a long time still new in the box. When I brought the hoist down, I saw a hole in the top of the box. Lo and behold, some fucking rodents (mice or chipmunks) decided to chew some ENORMOUS holes in it. The frame and everything else is fine, but the top is unusable as it is. Are these things fixable? I can't be the first one this has happened to. What do I do??? I picked up a black standard used hard top over the weekend, but I'd still like to have a soft top for the summer.
