Replacing Premium Soft Top

I think we're on week 3 with our new JLUR and my wife accidentally tried to pull it in the garage with the soft top flipped back. With the lift and 37's it didn't fit and proceeded to rip the soft top back, breaking the frame and bending the guides.

I managed to get it off so at least we can get it in the garage but does anyone know the part number and cost for a replacement black premium sunrider top? I guess with a part number I can just check the online parts dealers.

I was really happen with the premium soft top until this happened. However, if there are better options I might as well upgrade now.

Also, does anyone have a part number for punk'n touch-up paint? It scratched up the roll bar too.

Dont know about the soft top sorry.

I always order my color matched paint from paintscratch.com fyi. Not sure if there's a better place or not.

Morris 4x4 shows the standard top in stock, not sure about the premium.

They also list Trektop but not sure about availability.

Check with your dealer. Maybe they can help you out.

You could do a trektop for quite a bit less money from morris. Just don’t know if they are available to ship. Would have to call.

Except he'll probably need to wait until 2019 before Bestop starts shipping Trektop's for JL's.

Whether these options @OrangeWave are "better" is a matter of opinion. What is certain is they aren't yet available, and something tells me "it may rain at least in your locale before they do become available," but I thought you'd like to see some Bestop aftermarket offerings coming to market for the JL. In fact the Sunrider top for the JL, which is a replacement for the Hard Top Freedom Panels and doesn't apply in your situation, just became available from Bestop for people to express order interest in.

Thanks Russ. I did see some of his stuff on Amazon but could only find a couple of colors. It also looks like the Amazon link on his web site is broken. I went ahead and ordered some from paintscratch.com.

I should add that we were pretty bummed about this whole thing yesterday but after we took the remainder of the roof off, we took the doors off, and also put the windshield down for the first time. Then we put the kids and the dog in the back and went for a drive. What an incredibly fun vehicle!
