Jeep just passed 60k. Tires have 40k on them. 2.5 AEV DualSport Lift. I bought & lifted the jeep (2018 JLUR) when I lived in Colorado. I'm older now, live in AZ and it's turned into mostly a pavement princess. I go on weekends to the mountains but it's just forest roads. We have an EV for around town, so the Jeep is the road trip vehicle. It's payed off and still looks better than most new vehicles on the road so I can't justify nor do I want anything different, just a bit better ride quality.

It rides rough and is loud on trips and tires need replaced. Avg 85 decibels @ 60MPH. I considered 35 ko2's, but most of research I've done says I won't see much difference in 35 or 37's for that tire for ride quality.

Any suggestions?

FWIW, my son just put 37x12.50 Cooper Discoverer AT3 on his JLUR. I was surprised at how quiet they were on the drive home, especially compared to the Goodyear Territory MT 315s he took off.

I was surprised how quite for a mud tire mine where when I got them until they started wearing. Wonder how those AT3 will be at 50% or less?

35 / 37 or doesn't matter?
I think would depend on your gearing...if you have 4.10's I would go with 35's if 4.56 or deeper 37's.

I kept the factory gearing. Shame on me. I think 35's is the way I'll go.

That's a good question. ATs typically are quieter than MTs, but ya never know. The AT3s don't look super aggressive - usually the tires with wide sipes (think Firestone Destination MTs) are very noisy. The AT3 is not like that (tire on the right).
