Replace synthetic winch line Warn with factory bumper

Hi all. Is it possible to replace a Warn Zeon synthetic winch line in a factory JLU bumper without removing the bumper? It seems pretty tight and I’m just trying to plan ahead.

The answer is No. Did you install it? You will have to remove the bumper to gain access to the winch drum. The winch plate and winch stays on the Jeep after bumper removal. The inside bumper nuts are impossible to get to with your fingers with the winch there. Simply a socket and extention to get them off and on. I use a magnetic telescoping retrieval tool to get the nuts started on the threads. Get the tools to make it easy.
