Remote start comfort options not working

Explanations in prior threads have been that it is a design flaw. Next time I am forced to go to the dealer I might ask them to look at this, but it isn’t worth the pain and suffering for a dealer trip on its own.

I will be going to the dealer in a few weeks for another issue. Will have them advise and update here. Thanks,
