Installed the winch plate that goes with the CavFab stubby bumper and the Badlands Apex does not fit in front of the grille.
I didn’t realize the Apex comes with a remote mount kit for the solenoid so I started looking at mounting options. There’s just enough room to mount the solenoid on the left side of the sway bar disconnect behind the splash cover. Had to modify the solenoid cover quite a bit to make it fit in the available space but it does with no issues. Should get my bumper back from the powder coater this week and finally finish up the mods for a while.
The winch will barely be noticeable without the solenoid sticking out of the top.
