Recurring transmission leak

Has anyone heard of issues with JLUs repeatedly leaking transmission oil from the pan? I have 202 JLU 4xe and it’s been in the shop 3 times now. All with in a week of each other.

Car has 13000 miles on it. And oil continuously pools up on the front of the pan.

Dealer replaced gasket first time and then bolts and hoses subsequently.

They can’t seem to stop it. Are they just terrible or is there another issue going on?

I’d prefer to keep it if they can fix it. It’s a fun vehicle. But 3 services is crazy.

I have a 22 Rubicon 4Xe...check engine light said it was the transmission oil modulator...they apparently fixed it. Next day check engine light back on...this time it was the hybrid battery. Took over a month to fix. When they did the check engine light came back on. This time it was the heating coolant element for the hybrid battery. When they fixed that they discovered the transmission was leaking...not sure if it was related to the transmission oil modulator being replaced...but it was leaking.
