Rear tail gate inner panel

Still new to all of it. I bought a used jeep that someone drilled a molle panel for the back gate. Does anyone know where I can find a new panel ?I'm throwing away that molle plate.

Junk yard or the dealer are probably your best bet ... pretty sure there is a Jeep dismantler in Indiana that is pretty decent to work with but I cant remember their name.

Post in the “want to buy” section here. I’ll bet there’s people with them in their garage wasting space who would let it go cheaply. I gave mine away for the cost of shipping because you know…I’m a kind hearted giver like that. Or my wife told me to get rid of some of that Jeep crap in the garage. I don’t recall.

If you can't find a new panel, or if the seller is asking too much for it, consider plugging the holes with plastic push retainers (example.) Just a suggestion.

Or use it as an excuse to put in a tailgate table. Some of them, like Goose Gear and Outback Trailgater replace that panel, others often use the same holes. Personally, I’d never use a molle panel there, but I use the table frequently (roadtrips, camping, tools when wrenching something)

When I installed my Front Runner tail gate table, it was designed in such a way that I just had to drill through the four witness marks that Toledo had already molded into the rear side of the OEM tailgate panel.
