JL tail gate screw size

Hi all, trying to install an offroad flag mount... which torx is this screw in the picture.... I know its been asked but I am finding different answers.

23 JLUR with reinforced tailgate hinge uses T45 torx bit. It appears standard tailgate hinge uses T55 torx bit.

FYI mine were painted in from the backside. I had to use an impact wrench to break them free. That was an ‘18 though.
