I posted this on my build thread but thought it was apropos here as well. Storage specifically made for 2-door can be hard to find. I ordered this set of bags from Amazon and they hold a surprising amount of stuff.
They sit on either side on top of the wheel tubs. Previously, I had to keep a plastic storage tub in the cargo area to hold the things that are now stowed off to the sides.

Here it is with my summer storage in place:
Between the new side bags and the tailgate table and Molle bags I can store a lot of stuff around the rear cargo area, leaving it open. With the top off, I use a cargo net over the storage tub to keep anything from flying out.
