Show me what you do for rear organization for kids - looking for some ideas.

I’ve got two lower elementary age kids who love to color (and eat) in the Jeep and every week or so is like an all hands on deck cleaning situation in the back. I have the Rubicon seats so I’ve considered some bags that can attach there, but am also trying to consider some rear storage to go between their seats under the armrest.

I have three young kids and we have agreed on two rules: 1) no eating/drinking in the Jeep; 2) if you bring toys, bring them back in the house when we get home.

I'm interested, don't need this yet, but I will soon. Our daughter is 14mo old and we have a son on the way in mid February.

We usually put everything into a milk crate and put it on the floor of the middle row. It’s not the greatest way to organize, but it’s cheap, contained, and easy to move in and out of the car.
There are a lot of products like this that you can get for cheap. But I haven’t tried any yet.
