Alright, found and pulled the rear drain plugs on my 24 (dont ask). Odd thing however, no cut outs in the rear carpet to access them. I had to pull the carpet up a little to get to them. Anyone else (not) see this?

My Willys '21 had the perforated cuts on the carpet for rear plugs...

Just experienced this today. Left my top open and it poured. Pulled the plug on my front but no cut outs for the rear. Not seeing an easy way to take the carpet out either. Pretty poor design

Not sure what model you have but I was able to lift up on the carpet enough to see under it and pull the plugs. It was quite simple to do.

Discovered a puddle in the front passenger foot well last winter after parking at strip mall for a few hours (must’ve had the window cracked and the rain hitting it directly), so I pulled the rubber plug from the Jeep-branded floor mat—no drainage on the way home. Closer examination showed the carpet still covered the drain hole. (“There’s your problem…”) Had to cut it out with a knife.

Stuck some spacers under the carpet around the drain to let it air out for several days. 🤞 Amazing how much road and engine noise can get through that little hole in the floor. 🔊
