How do you know which rear axle is in the Jeep? 200 or 220? 2022 Jeep Wrangler Altitude sport with towing package. I don't tow anything other than dirt bike.

Another way is did you pay for an LSD? Then you have the M220 narrow. I don’t think any other non-Rubicon options get the Advantek-44. So M200 for everything else.
You can also look at it to be sure. Here is a link to Adam’s Driveshaft that has a visual guide.

75W-140 hands down--Valvoline, Mobil, Castrol, etc. Any of them will serve you well.

Change it early to get the wear metals out of it.

I would trust the window sticker over the visual guide. Do you mind posting up a photo of the axle? I'd hate to be the one to lead you astray.
