Ready For Inspection

So I've got a Jscan ODB Adapter. I was wondering if someone can recommend an iphone app, (unless Jscan can do this) ideally cheap or free, that lets me know that my 3.6L JL has reset its ODB port to accept a State Inspection, subsequent to my replacing my dual AGM batteries this past weekend, depriving in the vehicle in the process of this battery swap of electrical current for a few minutes, and resetting everything.

I can't get inspected until this reset happens and a failed inspection for any reason, including inability to for the inspection equipment to communicate with my ODB port costs me $.
