That's a really good question. I'm not sure what Rubicon VLS is but back in 2006 the dealer I ordered from was able to tell me the exact railcar my Jeep was loaded on, and we were able to track it across the country. It was a small town dealership and the guy didn't have a lot to do, so he was as much invested in the build/tracking procedure as I was. Fun times.

Today, Brand X down the street can also locate which vehicle is on which railcar, though with them you have to track the car through CSX.

Spoke with my saleman yesterday regarding my shipment. he said they do not use Rubicon VLS anymore. Not sure why. All that he knew was that my Rubicon was on a train heading to Ayer, MA which is not far from where I live here in MA. No ETA or way to track when it will be here which I think is odd.
