Radio reboots

We have a problem where our radio locks up and reboots several times almost every time we go anywhere. It is really great at night when the screen goes bright blue and lights up the interior like daytime. Anyone else having this problem? I reported it to the dealer and they said wait for an update which has come and the problem persists. I am just wondering how widespread this problem is and should I try to get the dealer to get ma a new radio.

I have had a couple issues with my 8.4 inch. Not sure what model you have but have you tried pressing the power dial button and select dial button on left and right for 10 seconds to force reboot? Worked for me in the past.

There should be more than few threads on forum re uconnect issues...

Yeah I have the 8.4. I will give the forced reboot a try and see if that helps.
