AliExpress sells them dirt cheap. Or you can use the one it's covering up underneath your carpet.

Definitely lift up the carpet underneath that hole and use that one that should already be there. The piece of carpet is already perforated so you can just pull it out with a slight tug, then pull the plug and use it on the mat as intended, it works great! Spill something on the mat, just pull the plug and out it goes! Sloppy snowy shoes? Pull the plug and out it goes lol. I’ve used mine more than I expected.

The concern is the lack of a water tight seal and water intrusion from underneath should one traverse deep water. I left the drain plug in the floor board.

I don’t need water coming up from below all over the carpets and beneath the rubber mats because the bad seal on the floor mat drain tube. Something to consider.
