On #3, mine is doing the same thing. I even bought a new apple manufactured cord to make sure that is not the issue.
I'm using an iPhone x for reference too.

Clean out your jack and buy a new cable. CarPlay is very sensitive to good cables and connection. I go through at least one cable every 3 months. Do not put any strain on it when used and don’t let kids handle the phone while plugged in. Every time my kids handle my phone, I amazingly have a bad cable after.

My seat does the same thing. Sounds like a bolt is loose and it's shifting but I can't find anything loose.

The CarPlay audio clipping (after 20 minutes or so) is a known issue, but my dealer service department blamed it on only up to IOS 14.2 being supported by uConnect (IOS 14.6 is the latest version which most people probably are using). He also said an automatic over the air software update would resolve it, and that all JL radios have over the air updates which I didn't think was the case. When I called Jeep Customer Care, they told me only if I had Sirius XM Guardian, would there be an over the air update, so I'm just getting the runaround with the dealer :(

As anyone found a solution to the audio clipping with CarPlay? So frustrating.

@thinarrow

More often then not stealership Service Writer's will blow smoke up your arse if you allow them to.

In your case... this time anyway..... the Service Writer was telling you the truth about the OTA updates. You will get them....after 3 years of my getting my JL, I still get OTA updates on occasion...
At 5 yrs they will stop so I have heard,

I use Android Auto so cannot offer anything on your"audio clipping" issue.

I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max with IOS 14.6 absolutely no issues with CarPlay at all.

The Jeep is a 2018 JLR with the 8.4 screen and upgraded Alpine sound option.

Is there a front parking sensor? If so I'm not sure it is working on my jeep.
Some export models have front parking sensors. I have them on my 2018 JLR (South Africa Export).
