They didn't see the damage on delivery prep when it first arrived? Don't know if I would trust a dealer that allows that glaring of a problem through their inspection process. There has to be a story how it happened they aren't telling you.

The sales manager and I concluded that some knucklehead employee probably grabbed the keys to it to move something on the lot, tore the seat, parked it and didn’t say anything. Firkins has a pretty good reputation in sales and service.
