PPF from factory

Hey guys, I’m sure this may have been discussed before. I bought my 24 Rubicon X down here in FL. I got my vehicle ceramic coated over the weekend and the detailer was telling me the vehicle had a PPF coating on both of the front and rear fender flares. Was wondering if this is the norm on all new Jeep’s? I’m sure I got charged in some way when I purchased the vehicle lol

Yes the painted flares come with a small amount of PPF from the factory.

Yep, same here on ours.

On my '21 & '24 painted fender flares, the leading edge of the rear flares came with a bit of PPF. The front flares have none.
