I also ordered the HammerHead Armor Pinch Weld Trim Kit to clean up the look. Will install and send more pics later.

they are rock solid. Best looking stealth steps on the market. When they are closed they look just like the stock rubicon rock slides

Quick update:

I ran into an issue with the hammerhead trim kit. The back trim fits perfectly however the other half of the trim kit doesn’t have holes cut out for the driver front step motor area. I’m not sure if Jeep has different holes for the 2020 but I have to find a way to make my own holes to get the trim piece bolted on.

Were you able to get these installed? I just installed the same steps and am trying to decide on buying these covers or just using plasti-dip.

I did a workaround for the front since I didn’t have a drill bit to cut the holes which is still an option. I decided to leave the bolts on and on the trim kit, hammerhead provided padding strip that sticks on the back to protect the paint on the car from rubbing with the steel trim. So I triple padded the front trim pieces to make the steel Trim fit flush with the bolts behind the trim and just secured it with the two end bolts. It does look protruded out if you look from bottom up (which you will never do lol) but to get around that I added a rubber strip on top running across for cleaner look. Take a look at the pics:

Btw here is the link for the rubber strip. It will also prevent water from getting behind the steel since it protrudes out if you don’t cut your own holes.

FYI I also used this strip around each door and trust me it blocks road noise even more! I installed these on all my cars.

Looks great, thanks for the info. I think I’m going to try plastidip first, much less work :D

Will post pics when done.

I’m happy with my Amp steps but one small thing I wish they did was to either move the front hinge up a little or design it with 3 hinges. I tried stepping on the edge to clean my windshield and had to step off. It didn’t feel sturdy on the end because there’s no support at that point.

Any install tips? Particularly pictures of the wiring in the kick panel?

That AMP one looks nice! I'm saving up for the Rockslide Engineering because I do plan on some excessive off-road, but the AMP is clean and looks really good!!
If you get the RockSlide Engineering and go rock crawling, make sure you get the armor. I've already sanded out and painted several gouges in the armor. They are plenty stout and can take a real beating. I opted for the armor after seeing someone I was wheeling with bend his without the armor.

I'm so sorry Arnold. I didn't do the install. I'm not sure of any install details.
