Does vinyl wrap count as a dash decal?

It held up okay for almost 2 years, but started to bubble on a couple spots. I ended up removing the wrap and painting my dash.

In hindsight, I wouldn’t recommend wrapping unless you just want to test a color before painting. Honestly, painting the panels is less work.

if you’re set on wrap, you can just buy any vinyl wrap you want. I got that on Amazon. I’d say to stick with 3M brand though because it holds up better than other brands I’ve messed with.
