As someone whose had this problem in the past this is exactly why I hate it when people do this. Even if it is "user error" or whatever, maybe years from now somebody has the same problem, googles it and doesn't find the answer they need because OP chickened out. It's infuriating. Same as when you find a youtube video of something critical but they leave out that one detail of a part you are having trouble with...oh man...Like I need to see it from the other side to verify but they never show it again or just jump cut it because they need to make the video shorter. And it's the only video on all of youtube showing the install of that particular thing.
