i have a 2018 JL, purchased June 2018 with 20k miles on it. I just got back from a trip to the mountains and noticed it was driving a little off. I happened to look under it tonight and noticed some thick green liquid/grease around the drivers side of the transfer case. I can’t quite tell where it is coming from though. Anyone seen this issue or have any idea what it is. I plan to take it in to the dealer later this week when I have time, but would love to know your thoughts.

Possible, but it’s way thicker then coolant and is in a focal area that looks like it splattered out in a circular pattern

What model jeep do you have? As in sport or sahara? After some research, it appears to be transfer case fluid leaking out. Some TC fluids are blue or green used in systems with automatic 4wd. I could be totally wrong here, but its the best I could do. Could also be dye used at one point to find a leak.

Sounds like and looks like T case fluid. Selectrac transfer cases have auto 4wd. Could be GM autotrac II fluid. Thats whats used in most auto 4wd cases.
