Performance Issues - Bucking

So, while I do get the "performance limited" error message, I feel this is somewhat different where I am actually seeing performance issues. When higher up in the rev range (around 5k), I sometimes get a bucking issue. It seems like a fuel cut, where it will stop accelerating and then clear itself around 2 seconds later (it will buck a few times before going back to normal). The performance limited message is not there when it happens, and there are no codes thrown.

Anyone else with the same issue?
