I've had both and the Banks is hands down the best. If I want to adjust, I just open the app on my phone.

That’s an understatement. Anything above “Sport level 6” is too touchy for DD. I tried several to find the sweet spot. Stock and city weren’t worth squat even at the highest level for each. Tried Race just level 1, hoo lee fook, they mean race, a throttle tap and it took off with massive front end lift , ducks on the floor. Sport level 6- one duck on the floor, maximum for DD. I typically run Sport level 2.
BTW- guage pods available for both the bottom and top of the grab handle.

but not cheap, it was ~$800 for everything. The i-dash was about half but I like it, especially pushing the buttons at will and not having to fumble and search the phone.

Banks is the only way to go! I also have Banks in my L5P Duramax and it shreds the pavement!
