Passenger Low Beam not working (23 4Xe)

My wife recently bought some LED w/Halo lamps and fog lights. I get them installed and did a dummy check before buttoning up the pieces and all 4 lights and all 4 halos working. After I snap the grill back in place, the wife wants to take a pic of the final product and the passenger light is out. Investigation thus far:

- High beam work.
- Reinstalled stock light - low beam doesn't work, high beam do work.
- Swap the working LED from driver side - low beam doesn't work, high beam does.

Is there anything else I can check with?
